In this hands-on class, Chef Andi will teach the participants on how to make these delicious treats with home-made Vanilla Pastry Cream. They will be guided from making the Choux Pastry and the Vanilla Pastry Cream, to the correct technique of piping and all the tips that they need to know about these 'Beard Papa' look-alike puffs.

Boxes will be provided for you to bring home your masterpiece!
